BitWise is seeking a talented and motivated Sr. Laravel Developer to join our dynamic team in Indore. This is a full-time position that requires working on-site. As part of our Technical department within the Computer Software/Engineering industry, you will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing our web applications using Laravel framework.

Your expertise will contribute to innovative projects and help us achieve our strategic goals. The salary range for this position is USD 150,000 - 250,000 yearly, reflecting our commitment to rewarding top talent in the field.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality web applications using Laravel.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Lead and mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support.
• Implement and optimize database structures using MySQL and phpMyAdmin.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience with Laravel and PHP 8.2.
• Strong proficiency in MySQL and phpMyAdmin.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good to have experience with JavaScript, MongoDB, and Python.
• Leadership qualities and a desire to take initiative in projects.
